comanche 3,280
Cor ,someone as tight as me! Don't know if you can enlarge this picture up a bit to see the little "hooks" holding the trap in place but it might help you. The trap in the side- on veiw wasnt set in the open field I hasten to add. Quote Link to post
RatSnatcher 0
Cor ,someone as tight as me! Has anyone got a cheaper option for Mr Holdaway only these bits of wire will stretch his budget Hes tighter than a tight thing Quote Link to post
Holdaway 2
Cheeky sod. Have you managed to hit that shed yet? Thanks Comanche. H Quote Link to post
john b 38
I'm sure someone on here was using bits of spring steel from building site materials - the banding stuff. I tend to use stands and then just pop a cubby on without the hanging hooks. And before anyone tells me I know that the BG isn't in the stand properly but it's the only photo I have handy. Rolfe 2
Although making a cubby is simplicity itself............i thought i would show you the custom made version. What i like about this one is it can be used as a run through or "Blind" tunnel depending on the target species and location. Quote Link to post

120-2 8
These are a few I use, the tunnel is a modified commercial to take the VC 120-2 bodygrip. Commercially bought tunnel (pm me if you want company). Conibear mount. You can nail this mount to a tree or post and place you trap on, cover with fir branches etc. Stabliser. Not seated properly. 120-2 Quote Link to post

Guest friedrice
once you place your traps in the wire tunnel,is it best to set with trigger wires faceing up or down for rat Quote Link to post
