Gunshops

this may sound like a totally stupid question :icon_redface: but does anyone know of any gunshops that allow you to buy a gun on finance ?

Take out a bank loan it will be a much lower interest rate than any finance company will offer.

lol no i had never heard of them. i think i would buy from target sports in Bolton. I know there a good shop and will give a discount if you buy quite a bit. Think i might pay them a visit this saturday and check out a few other models other than s400/s200.

Just two things to add.

Firstly. The APR on these finance jobs is around 30%... get a loan or save up. I cannot think of a sound reason to finance a rifle unless it's a professional job that needs an air rifle immediately. Even then, if you're a pest control business, a short term bank loan would suffice as you'd be able to pay it after you've recouped the money from your client.

Secondly. The Violent Crime Reduction Act requires that you can no longer buy mail order. It has to be face to face and registered firearms dealers are now required to keep records of rifles sold. So if you buy from far afield it will have to be sent to your local firearms dealer. This won't be free.
