Hi Sounder,

What age did you start him shooting? He's not far off my boys' age i'd guess (2x 8.5) and they are as keen as muster. To be honest i'm stalling as i have very little patience. They shoot air rifle, but it is still a big step up.

now lads i only shoot it the odd time it is his,he only gone 7 since june 2, i have him shooting the 22lr with the pass year now he on the 243 at targets i had shot the 12g but i hold it with him .i have him on the 410 now on his own shooting clays i need to cut the stock abit but other than that he fine .he never shot a airgun
