my young lurcher bitch (10 months) has just had her first season (in heat) she has now come out of it but she has become incontenent every time she lays down urine begins to seep till she stand up again there is no sign off infection and she is perfectly happy within her self i just cant think what it could be or wheather its just coinsedence that it has happend just after her season. ive never seen this before so any advice solutions would be great thankyou.

I just googled this: my first thought would have been a bladder infection, and this could be one of the causes. Sometimes caused by infection getting in through the open vulva when the bitch is in season. My first option would be a trip to the vet for antibiotics.

My advice is take you dog to the vets soon as possible. With your bitch, things might not had gone back properly inside. I stress the vets greatly.
