Rabbithunter 456
my bog has a lever flush, and i want to put a "button" flush on it. is this an easy conversion? do i have to replace the syphon unit aswell? cheers, RH
Waz 4,293
I am no plumber, but the lever comes of the face of the kazi cistern and the button is on the lid of the cistern. Cheaper and less hassle to but a new unit with 3/6 ltr flush. Ive done a few bathroom re-fits for clients & started one today, never worth the hassle trying to re-use anything. Guest Name
most lever flush are on the side, most button flush top, you will probably need new cistern and lid, but have a look in places like jewsons and so on, pick a whole set up for cheap enough mate, doddle to install too. Waz 4,293
The buttons on the face maybe the blanking badge, (opposite side to where lever is mounted) Left & right handed crapper. As Plummer once said, Crapper had a toilet named after him, perhaps I will have a terrier named after me!
