FOund out, that i was mis-sold it, and not told of an EXCLUSION to it (which is not in my small print-and i have had it checked) they have admitted fault, and the complaints team are going to get back to me soon to see if we can make an arrangement.... well i want my £300 back, as matter of principle..... then they can start to make me happy.... instead of taking this all the way to small claims court id rather take an out of court settlement..... what sort of thing can i expect... maybe two months repayments creditted onto my account?
