Guest craftycarper
Actually ignore the seasons now and work through regardless, what with the weather being so mild these days and the rabbits nearly breeding all year round now. Quote Link to post
stubby 175
of course I'll work through, a dead rabbit is a dead rabbit, no matter what month it is, most farmers/permission want there feilds/land rabbit free, telling them your having a break for xx amount of months, dont look good in my book, so you may get a few more digs, but thats half the fun Quote Link to post

dytkos 17,953
Some of my permission is dependant on pest control, keeping the numbers down, rabs or foxes. You've gotta keep going or they'll get someone else in. Quote Link to post
whin 463
some areas i have done pestcontrol and got paid for it and some for puppy food in summer cant beat rabbit meat with there puppy food and lambs milk etc if there places with no cover easy but if the covers up again well why put yourself through it wait till it dies down or snare them shoot them etc i will hunt them as some feilds explode for a whoile but just to give people a go and i can keep the meat for dogs etc Quote Link to post
