whip 1 Posted March 3, 2008 Report Share Posted March 3, 2008 went to manor lurcher club show at barnsley greyhound stadium yesterday,first time i've done ought like this with the dog. really enjoyed it, met some nice people,saw some lovely dogs and learnt a bit more. thanks to the organisers who put on a good day, and by the way the dog won nought but we don't think any less of him for that Quote Link to post Share on other sites

dennned 172 Posted March 3, 2008 Report Share Posted March 3, 2008 (edited) may i also take this oppertunity to say what a good day i had at manor lurcher club's show at highgate, not just because i won the marathon race , for the second year , (with my greyhound x collie , teri ) or because we were lucky enough to win a class with her too , but because yesterday i met a very nice couple from derbyshire , while we were there , i had been chatting to ( whip on the chat room ) and we decided to meet one another , i met another very nice couple as well , so all in all we had a very good day , thanks again yours in sport dennned p.s it was worth the 4 hour drive just to meet like minded very nice people.
