Pop/carbonated water etc

Recommended Posts

I used to do a lot of running too mad al, and like you I never drank water until after I'd finished, I see runners now a days carrying water with them, that makes me laugh.

The only bottled water I will ever buy has malt and hops in it. :drink:

and does it have JD on the label like mine?:laugh::drink:

yep jd and some nice malts but i think i will follow the ladies advice and keep them :drink::boogie::bye:

 I remember doing a fell race in the Brecon Beacons, always held on the first Saturday in May and to say that it could get hot would be an understatement. It was a hard run over about nine miles in the Talybont-On-Usk area and I'd run down off the first peak at about the mid-way point and the course zig zagged back and forth across/through a mountain stream, so you can imagine how tempting this water looked at this point of the race.

Now I know the Beacons fairly well, what to and not to do etc and as I glanced to my right and back up towards where I'd ran from, I saw two guys had stopped to take a drink from this lovely babbling brook 8) ......................they obviously hadn't seen the dead sheep in the water further on up the trail then    :bye:

Tap water is diluted bleach and that's before you start on recycled piss and shit.

Enjoy your piss, ladies and gentlemen. I hope your glass of council wee wee isn't contaminated with lead or fluoride.

Trouble is we dont have a choice we have to pay for the stuff , so i am drinking it , refuse to pay for it twice
