Guest Ditch_Shitter
There was a chap on last thursdays BBC1 lunchtime news who was diagnosed with acromegely from a handshake with a doctor! That's right! And, amazingly, I caught that story because I followed a completely seperate news link in here - could've been about snaring or something? - and that story was featured in one of those little boxes of other interesting stories they show at the bottom. For some reason I decided to take a look at that too. And I barely ever look at news. How astonishing: I chance upon that story and read it. Then days later find I 'know' someone with the self same condition! Good lord. Well, by all accounts, that other guy's set to be fine now so, all things being equel, Jamie should indeed make a pretty well complete recovery. Excellent!
