Halfhound 663
I understand there’s a big class gap in the UK with hunting but do the Irish lads genuinely feel the same? I’ve lived a life on the extreme opposite side of the tracks to most lads in my local hunt but have always been made feel welcome even though I hunt a lot of the same land with my own pack and to be honest a lot of the same faces come to follow mine on foot. You’ll get snobs in whatever you do I’ve always found the best way to deal with them is give them a little fright 2 Quote Link to post

Id go as far as to say most hound hunting in Ireland is on foot by working clas rural types. It's the working class v the toffs that's allowed labour to pursue a ban in England. The strength of hunting in Ireland is that we don't have that divide. 1 Quote Link to post
