my first bitch 3/4 saluki 1/4 greyhound one that set the bar high some bitch but she had the opportunity and the hours the rest of them didn’t ferreting, lamping all edible quarry work on the hill brilliant wouldn’t touch teeth hated working to the gun picked up on shoot days though lacked pace daytime for brow hare killed hundreds of white with her retrieve to hand fur or feather bred her to a dog of sankeys and Eddie commons stuff similar to dog I’ve got now chucked the black and white birch in the pictures lovely birch to have about done ok with her didn’t put as much time in and started lacking after 4 turns out had heart murmur put her down at 6/7 didn’t really particularly like her bit sulky and needy and her mother totally changed after keeping her back 

little cocker patterdale still got her now 12 what a small dog if a big one got dropped by the big dogs by time you get there she’d have nailed the other of it and be on the neck them lying 2 metres away still looks acts and hunts like a 2 year be a loss when she goes

been a few in between that didn’t last long enough to get a picture of one bitch that went down to Alnwick Maggie big strong deerhound saluki greyhound one I wish I kept back but lad down there lost his lambing and I was over dogged knew it would get the work

have to hit my dad up for the whippets next weekend still remember first rabbit I got can replay that catch in my mind with my eyes closed had two half brothers showed raced rabbited just bushing second one we got done a fox week after my mum had him at crufts was bit rough and ready on the track bump and wrestling bit firey with other dogs first was grand track and field
