Grooming gangs fiasco.

Recommended Posts

Mrs looks after a young lad with learning difficulties, her company has supported him into independent living. She worked out the other day that he gets over a grand a week when all his benefits are added up.

.... meanwhile the Mrs is winding down and closing her company. She has a waiting list of people wanting care. But the hoops she must jump through, the legal requirements, paperwork, taxes, employee rights, cqc registration costs, costs for a company to see she stays within constantly changing rules. It's just not worth it. She's working 6 plus days a week and doing paperwork till 10pm every night. We have done the sums and she can earn more just working for herself as a sole trader and keeping her head down.

Same with me. I turn down up to 10 jobs a day some days. Cherry pick the easiest and most profit. I could take someone on tomorrow and create growth and employment...... but fck that. Massive bills, mass liability, no real increase in income.

Sad times

The most breathtaking thing is that, even given all the evidence and the availability of knowledge to find out, people still support any of these f***ing creeps…..it’s f***ing insane !

The health and social care industry as always been understaffed and not very rewarding with pay some staff are not providing with any proper training and it's not even mentioned on what the upper managers are getting out of it a lot of things don't come to light or swept under the carpet unless it's being investigated and ended up on the TV as many cases have before then it's too late for some unfortunate family or person
