jok 3,483
Just made my first batch of the season. Why don’t I learn? Eyes are a mess and the kitchen is out of bounds. I dug quite a lot but don’t think it’s going to get used. Jok.
mole trapper 1,706
Ours never seems to get particularly hot, Mrs dug up our patch of it the other day as it had taken over a whole bed in 18 months, now confined to a corner of the orchard.
Borr 8,387
Missus did a load but basically just puréed it and stuck in a jar I said I'm sure there's a recipe lol. Another thing on my 'something I wanna make' list which grows weekly but time doesn't lol.
jok 3,483
Horseradish root washed and peeled to reveal the lovely white flesh. Smashed in the blender. White wine vinegar, carnation cream, Coleman’s mustard powder, chilli salt and a sprinkle of pepper. Get this lot mixing for as long as you like but basically to end up with a nice creamy texture. I tend to take out a tablespoon at a sitting and mix it with something like crème fresh. Keep in the fridge. Jok.
