Deben Mk1 issue

Lads, I was recently given a Mk1 box, which does work, but the sound is very low. On a calm day, it wouldn't be much of an issue, but on a windy day, or near busy road, it would be problematic. 

Anyone know what the issue might be? Is speaker fecked, or might it be an easy enough issue to fix?

I had to have speaker changed on an old mk1 box years ago, mate who works in a school technology dept done it for me, but said it was simple

Yea, I recon id be able to do it, but be a c**t to buy a new speaker, and it not be the problem at all.
