Recently learned about these deal called crab snares basically is weighted bait cage covered in heavy mono snare loops . Real popular on the West Coast for casting out on beaches and jetties and the like . Crab tries to get the bait moves the rod tip and the snare catch int he legs when you reel in. Really effective for there crabs apparently . And I see crab swimming around a lot so figured I'd try and make one because I like trying new stuff So threw this lil guy together Well apparently a lot of people like these because it's hard to catch any other then crab ...but ....
