Got my youngest boy and his mates in my little home gym lifting...he's been doing pull-ups a while...and is good at climbing door frames with his finger tip...uses the punch bag quite a bit... A

Keep em at it Tomo, if I had a set up I would have mine in it, instead I’ll just flog them at work haha

I can remember starting that 5x5 course an using the app, an had to start with an empty bar an add more as you go, I went at 3 in morning so nobody especially the birds saw me with an empty bar hahaha lucky it never lasted long till the weight got heavier an I could go at more sociable hours haha

I’m out a likes haha give it few months an I reckon Tomo will end up injured trying keep up with him haha

I'm on that now, but last few weeks I've been doing other stuff depending on what mood I'm in. I haven't stalled yet but having no kip after a night shift you can definitely tell.

Already got a shoulder injury...its been bad a few year...so I got my excuses ready..lol

I really enjoyed it sn doing the same thing over an over taught me to do it right of that makes sense but eventually started adding bits an bats, ain’t been in a couple a months tho but it is a planned break, I had a lot stuff on an as you say you can tell the diff if your goosed before you even start, thinking getting a container tho am doing my own set up but it will take time as it’s still real busy

My poor back been done in for a few days now, physio tomorrow an weds an see what’s what, felt my age last few days haha
