Utilities and internet will be cut off in areas that are likely to have unrest, curfews imposed to keep the masses under control with Putin being the perfect scapegoat. Throw in a few emergency alerts on millions of phones scaring the shit out of people that only follow MSM, a couple of government announcements on the only source of communication the good old radio and everyone will fall straight back in to line.
