Yes, she's psychiatrist that specialises in people with food problems, so she probably helps out people with bulimia, anorexia, etc, still, that doesn't make her an expert on the effects of nutrition on health.

It's literally what she's been doing for 25 years at harvard...studying nutrition and it's effects...

No, she studied physiology mate and gained and interest in foods impact on mental health.

Is there, millions? If we want to go off anecdotes, why is there loads of people on Reddit complaining about their cholesterol going through the roof after going on carnivore, why do most of sudies point to excess saturated fat being unhealthy for you? Have you had your cholesterol levels checked since you've gone carnivore, how much saturated fat do you think you eat a day?
