Yes, she's psychiatrist that specialises in people with food problems, so she probably helps out people with bulimia, anorexia, etc, still, that doesn't make her an expert on the effects of nutrition on health. If we want to go off anecdotes, why is there loads of people on Reddit complaining about their cholesterol going through the roof after going on carnivore, why do most of sudies point to excess saturated fat being unhealthy for you?
