Here I am on this sunny afternoon clear blue sky, sat in the garden wi just my shorts on folks passing by saying hello, mostly foreigners,    no ang on its me that's the foreigner innit , well so be it, nowt I can do about that, I shall be going indoors shortly, flying ants , swarming with the buggers , ta ta fer now

Had the flying ants swarm around here yesterday afternoon Keith the Seagulls were making a right dim and having a good feed.

Yeah Keith good been told to change my diet after check up. Think my meals might have to change a bit mate more oily fish etc. I like my veg so thats not a problem. Thanks for asking.

Good morning our Arry, yes I'm doing ok thank you, I have an appointment with the nurse down my doctors at 10 30, my yearly check. Over my prescriptions ,
