just on my way back from London after dropping the boys off feel lost without them already we did so much last week but somehow already feels like ages ago

Tell you what tho it's bad enough going back on this train without them but guna be worse when I get in n see all there stuff n toys at home etc dreading it

Fckin hell dodger I reckon I'll come and live with you.... Looks a right laugh. 

Joking aside you really need to keep your chin up. If you start getting in a downer already it's easy to get into downward spiral. Concentrate on the full week you have had and try and keep that buzz going. Go for a pint, get out mooching or find yourself a volunteer job.... keep busy....get on internet dating (UK based birds only) do a bit of shaggin. 

Don't sit around mopeing and overthinking stuff

Well the seasons over now so get some proper work in as for women iv had enough of them for a while tbh n them dating sites are not really for me although I have dabbled.

Definitely a downward depressing spiral like you say n so quickly to, it's all about the kids for me tho n the only way I can explain it is if you can imagine iv just had them for 8 days 24 7 all that laughter n contact n fun n hearing daddy a hundred times a day n all the hugs plus they've had me in stitches n now suddenly they've gone n so far aswell n also it could be months before I have them for a week again with the odd night in-between.

If I could do what alot of other dad's do that don't live with there kids but see them every weekend n maybe pick them up from school one a week n take em to the park or McDonald's etc then I could find peace with that.
