Not buying anything for a while no point really, parts left the house to me when my grandma died ,they moved to her place down the road to take care of the farm and stuff so this place is paid off and all decent size just needs a good bit of work. Only a 45min drive from her job ( made that drive for work all the time before this one ) which is pretty normal for around here so That being said she wants a spa tub and to do the interior of the house in a barn theme or something so there's that. Me , I just wanna have a decent place ,noting too fancy but something I'd feel comfortable having folks over in. Still gotta get my pipes snaked ,septic tank pumped ,drain field re done, some more sockets out the back of house re do the shed , eveyone talks about how great owning a house is till it needs work and you can't put it off on you land lord And I lonely live in the son of a bitch 10 days out the month Edited October 16, 2023 by Wolfdog91 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
