Black widow bands I would say are good for shooting rocks and heavy ammo . The pouch is to heavy and the bands have a heavy pull . You have to balance your bands with your ammo , to shoot 8mm you will have make your own bands for the best results and they will need to be a lot lighter weight than black widow bands .
