Well in lads great to be out and about on a frosty morning, nice healthy glow roon the young yins cheeks lol  ill have a wee go myself tomorrow ground a bit hard for a run so out come the stinkers

Get cold standing about i usually start digging a hole wether it's needed or otherwise
