digging today

Recommended Posts

Went out digging today with my mate from the Newcastle area as ive just moved up here.my mate's came up from Yorkshire for the day on his permission.we checked a few places to no avail but then in a large spot found one with taffy my patterdale.after a lot of running about we got a steady mark at 0.9 on the box, nice and easy i thought but the ground was terrible rocks large and small made the going tough so a pinch bar was brought into play from the farm and progress was made.We broke through and taff had secured his quarry which was dispatched accordingly.post-14374-1201457802_thumb.jpg
