Popular Post jukel123 9,771
My son worked for a global company shuffling money. A new company rule was introduced to " review" customers portfolios every 6 months. Customers began to be charged ridiculous amounts for something which happened all the time and was a normal part of the service. My son blew the whistle and said the new practice was basically a rip off. He made a formal complaint and said he didn't come to work to cheat people out of their hard earned cash. When they ignored him, he resigned. He was offered 3 jobs in rival companies within a week because people in the industry knew of him and had heard of his stance. Six months later he was contacted by his old firm and asked if he would take a 'new' job on a much increased salary and also take a role in policing the company's practices. They had sacked the managers responsible for ripping off customers. He has agreed, but has to serve three months notice first. He's been put on gardening leave by his present employer so next week we will be shooting stags. Not often the good guy wins. He gets his honesty from his mam not me. 20

Borr 8,198
Yep well done, my missus shoots straight, it's won her good allies in work and a fair amount of respect, I encourage her to stick to her guns. Whilst I do what I've got to do...
