Hi,

This is me saying hello. My name is Liam and I am 8 years old and my dads the grim reaper in here. I have not got a air rifle but i sometimes go on my dads one when he lets me. He is teaching me. I shoot things at the bottom of our garden like a little spinning disc my dad made and things like that.

I only let him have a go when i am with him, and like he says, i am teaching him - both to be responsible, and to be accurate. He prefers to only shoot targets (at the moment) because he quite likes the wildlife.

 

I must say that he does seem to have a good eye - the spinner he mentioned is one i made myself and the target area of it is about the size of a 20p bit, and he can hit it all day long down our garden range. Obviously, he uses my rifle on the bi pod and shoots prone, as he isnt guite big enough to hold it freehand yet. Having said that, i don't think he'll be long in getting to the size he needs to be.
