She still a bit 'soft' from summer, charts, or you been ramping up her fitness the last few weeks?

You're absolutely right mate !

Shes just come out of her first season, and like other first cross deer/greys I've had, she lost weight and condition. The weather and time of year has meant she's just ticked along, she did a few nights at the end of last season, which lead me to believe she may make the grade, time will tell, and she will get every chance
