Ken's Deputy 4,463
I want five or six of these camera mounts done: I know a guy with access to one of these 3D machines. I know absolutely nothing about them. But, I've been offered the plans for these mounts. My question is; How much of a liberty might it be, asking the guy if he can do them for me? I've no idea what the plastic costs. Ball park; What would You want, to make them? Thanks.

Its done on weight, I'd guess you'd be looking at £50 a pop for those mate..
Ken's Deputy 4,463
Fukk Me!!! I won't even embarrass my mate or myself by asking then! I'll just buy them, from US, at $18.00 a piece! Cheers for that!

Thats why you don't mass produce with a 3d printer mate, great for prototypes or one off type things, but if you can buy off the shelf equivalent will always be cheaper
