I've always exalted the virtues of the Springer, and I do enjoy messing about with them. I've made a few really good ones out of average guns. My 97 came with the wrong spring and guide from Hull, for some reason, so I found out.. So just putting the right bits in it from the start made such a difference. I had some cheap ones that got really good, with some fettling. They all got so much fun so much more accurate. But then I just had this destinct feeling I was loosing out. Hopefully the dive bottle in the corner of the room doesn't let go and take out the house. Springers revenge. 1 Quote Link to post
