fishfish 17
heres a recipe that you may think a little strange but it is fab to taste.any one see the way HFW did the lamb wrapped in hay? well this is the poormans version, get 2 rabbits and lard them, this may be an unheard of method to most but basicly you get strips of pork or bacon fat and sew them into th flesh with a larding needle, this moistenes the meat as it cooks. put the lot in the earthenware caserolle dish ensuring no hay is protruding.pop in the oven on a low heat for 2 hours. bobs yer uncle fab tasting rabbit!
