But, he points out the squirrel version has now been approved for use, under the Spring Traps Approval Order. Where's the Spring in these traps? Are they even 'Traps'? Is a Snare a Trap? What 'law' covers snares, these days? If a 'Snare' is now a " Restraining Cable Device ", is the Goodnature not a " Gas Powered Humane Killing Device "? I could go on. Quite the rabbit hole. A humane dispatch device maybe. I suppose there ain't no other piece of legislation to put this "device" into, so STAO is the best place for it. 1 Quote Link to post
