any advice got interview tomorow traine keeper

Dress smart, ask questions, about the job & the grounds where you will be working, how many other people work there, make it clear you are a good team worker & can also be left to your own initiative.

 

Ask the keeper what sort of a year they have had, talk about the keepers interests.

 

But what ever you do DONT BULLSHIT :no:

ye i got the job it went really well,i start work in february its on a 3000 acre shoot,they release about 20000 to 30000 pheasants.

twenty to thirty thousand birds on a three thousand acre shoot thats alot of birds for a smallish shoot :hmm:

 

 

That`s quite common about write for the acaredge of land.

they must be looking at big bags then we shoot every week on 3000 acres and i release between 2500 and 3000 birds each year and we average 100 birds days throughout .had a 45% return this year so i was well chuffed and nicely rewarded by the syndicate for my hard work :drink:
