bigmac 97kt 13,836
Got them 18gr AA pellets this morning mate And all i can say is wow iv not been a big fan off AA pellets at all Never floated my boat to be honest Loaded up the crown mag with them 22 by the way . Set the target up out to (18yrds all i can do at home ) now the rifle is set up to 35yrds so a little high on the target but not much mind Every one went through the same hole put 14 shots in it then blew a few shot gun cartridges away lol and then put two shots in a tin can just to see what it done now remember these are 18gr more suited for fac air guns not sub 12 it punched a clean hole in entry and blew a bigger hole in exit as they should do with any pellet . but then it berried its self in the wood i had as a back stop iv no doubt in my mind they will perform good out to 30...40,,or even 50yrds with ease . just need to test them out to them distances first then its out on the rabbits THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN PHIL atvbjimmy Quote Link to post

philpot 5,115
You are very welcome Jimmy and I am pleased they are working for you. I used these in my old Rapid fac and they were devastatingly accurate but never got round to trying them in sub 12 so now that you have had some decent results, I am going to try them in my 110k along with the hades samples I have got. I only use my 110k for short range shooting, not because it is crap but simply because my go to rifle is the Impact so I tend to use it around the farm building for rats and ferals so it will be interesting to see how they perform. I also never had issues with damaged skirts on these AA Field Heavy which was always an issue with standard AA Fields in .22 Phil Quote Link to post
