2007-2008

Recommended Posts

As 2007 draws to a close, I'd like to wish everyone on here a great 2008 for you and yours. I hope 2007 was good but merely a sample of better things to come.

As you do at this time of year, I've been thinking a lot about the last 12 months:

Sadly, I lost my oldest dog, Cass to cancer. She taught me more than I ever taught her - we're only apart for a wee while big lassie, keep runnin' em.

My wee Gina had her 1st birthday, started walking, got christened and started talking (funny how you jump up and down saying "she's walking! She's talking!" then a few weeks later you're saying "any chance you could sit down and shut up?" lol)

I met my son for the first time in 10 1/2 yrs (too long a story to go into)- bit of an accident on his mum's part but it made my year complete.

Oh, and I met and spent some time with some nice folk off here, too ;-)

Okay, so one major downer but on the whole a pretty good run, and to finish it off, I'm piping in a wee pub in Prestwick (near Ayr) so there'll be plenty of lubrication coming my way tonight ;-) :drink: :drink: :drink:

Here's to an even better 2008!

A' the best.

Well i expect 2008 will be the same as 2007 work, work, and more work.......but.....as my business is also my favourite hobby then i guess i am one the luckiest guys around.

My 16 year old daughter in one of her more lucid moments away from the computer sent me a nice thought for 2008.

NEVER FROWN, EVEN WHEN YOU ARE SAD, BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHO IS FALLING IN LOVE WITH YOUR SMILE.

HAVE A WONDERFUL 2008 EVERYONE :drink:

Rolfey.
