Aussie Whip 4,287 Posted September 13, 2018 Report Share Posted September 13, 2018 I had a greyhound I reared as a hunter,good on roos and foxes,not very good on rabbits,too big and clumsy.Great mate and a surprisingly good guard dog, but his feet would be bleeding after every hunt.He had great drive and spirit but his build let him down in the tough scrub over here.He was also a great killer of snakes.I can see why they are an almost essential ingredient of a lurcher. 2 Quote Link to post
