ChrisJones 7,975 Posted September 18, 2017 Report Share Posted September 18, 2017 Rochdale council have finally apologised for the child abuse scandal.Not the one you're thinking of but the one that happened 50 years ago at Cambridge House and Knowl View!Rochdale chief exec Steve Rumbelow is quoted in the Manchester Evening News... “The council acknowledges that there were significant failings, both in the way that Knowl View School was managed, and in the council’s response to concerns about sexual abuse within and outside the school."
