mackem 30,940 Posted September 10, 2017 Report Share Posted September 10, 2017 I just spoke to my kid about this he said exactly what trigger just advised,he said there are 7 muscles on the posterior of the calf alone,he went into lecture mode theres 5 on the anterior etc,then he began lecturing about the deep and the superficial and flexors and stuff,best advice,see a physio. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
