30 BIRD GAME FAIR CHAMPIONSHIPS

There are two classes in the GAME FAIR SPORTING CHAMPIONSHIPS run over 30 birds. Entry Fee : £10

CLASSIFIED and UNCLASSIFIED

The Classified Class is for competitors who have been classified in any discipline.

The Unclassified Class is for competitors who have never been classified in any discipline or won high gun at one of our game fairs.

Top Score by a Veteran (over 55 yo) over two days : £50

Top Score by a Lady over two days: £50

25 BIRD COMPACT SHOOT : ENTRY FEE £10

Top Gun each day £200

GAME FAIR OVERALL CHAMPION CLASSFIED: The best combined score in the 30 bird Sporting and 25 bird Compact wins a Bettinsoli Shotgun sponsored by Donal McCloy.

GAME FAIR OVERALL CHAMPION UNCLASSFIED: The best combined score in the 30 bird Sporting and 25 bird Compact wins a Cogswell & Harrison Game Gun sponsored by David Brennan from Ardee Sports.

Guns with the top two scores overall in each classification get FREE tickets for the Fair on Sunday and a FREE entry to the 30 bird sporting shoot.

Fibre wads only to be used.

Apart from the fantastic prize structure throughout the clay shooting competitions we have some SPECIAL MEMBERS competitions within these where Members of CAI and ShootingNI can not only take their chance at winning the major prizes but also can compete for SPECIAL MEMBERS prizes.

MEMBERS SPECIALS

Top score in the 30 bird Game Fair Sporting Championships over two days by a CAI member wins a LIFETIME's MEMBERSHIP of Countryside Alliance Ireland.

SPECIAL SHOOTINGNI MEMBERS COMPETITION

The Great Game Fairs of Ireland are delighted to co-operate with John Wray and ShootingNI to incorporate a shoot for ShootingNI members within our Clay Shooting Competitions at theShanes Castle Game Fair on the 24/25 June.

The competition for ShootingNI members will be part of the 25 bird Compact Shoot. Not only will shooters have a chance of winning the £200 prize to be won each day or combining it with a score in the 30 bird Sporting Championships to win one of two guns but there are special ShootingNI members prizes.

There is a 13" 'Dog & Gun' Trophy to be won for the top score each day and for the top score over the two days a very smart Wild Wings Wall Clock into which the winner can put their own sporting photograph PLUS a £50 voucher for Outdoor and Countrysports, Coleraine.

Plus of course the winner will have great bragging rights as the 'TOP SHOT in ShootingNI'.
