ferret finder mk3

bought a deben mk3 ferret finder a few weeks ago on ebay (brand new) only used it once and it was fine, went to use it this morning and nothing! so i changed batteries in locater and collar and it keeps on showing 16+ feet no matter how far away you are,and when i put it on locate it does absolutly nothing! any one else had this problem and where can i get it fixed.

 

any ideas lads?

If you got it from a trader i would contact them to see if you can exchange it if no one can shed any light on what the problem may be

If you have a receipt and warrenty card you can send it back to Deben for testing and they will either fix or exchange it, Had to send mine back + they sorted it quite quickly.
