Welsh_red 4,346
I've finished the bag of shavings that came with the ferret and my dad has said I can have as much shavings as I want from his wood turning shed . Is there any species of wood I should be scalding or any I should be using ? Quote Link to post
bunnywhacker 7
Only use soft wood shavings (pine, european redwood) Hardwood shavings can be poisonous and the fine dust can cause respiratory symptoms. 1 Quote Link to post
The one 8,401
As long as you can get the dust free they should be fine i got a bag of redwood once and even after the ferrets had done there stuff they still smelled nice 1 Quote Link to post
