Got given the day off today..... I've done sweetFA all day and now feel like I wasted it ??

 

Oh well the daughter will be home from school soon and I'll go get a Tandoori for tea. After that been invited to a real ale bar with some mates and a group of totty one of them has pulled. Not feeling it tbh, im getting too old ???

Was planning to take the dog picking up tomorrow , followed by a days stalking Sunday but that all changed when a pal rang me , did I want some wood , four ash trees that came down last week , but they need going before Monday as there ploughing the field around the wood ..started this afternoon and cracked away .Got the four of them on the floor ( 3 were hung up on other trees ) with the aid of a 13 tonner and set about them with the saw ...should have them sorted by Sunday ..also got a couple of oaks that have been down for a year or so , but they can come out over the next couple of weeks ..should be OK for firewood for a tidy while but busy weekend ahead ..
