Im sure there nice dogs and have a good go sirblessed but you won't get many injuries chasing rabbits around with that bull type and gsd dog will you and that collie X is only 8 month or so, so won't be doing much either will it..

The brown bitch is my marking dog, the pup (whippet x deerhound/grey) is doing ok. My point is mate I've seen and owned my share of running dogs for all game over the years and have an idea about what they can and cant do, so when I hear dogs cant run on hard ground or heat I dont understand or agree. just my opinion although Socks made a valid point.

I think terrain is the thing here mate, dogs ran n worked hard on various testing terrain through the winter when it counts allows lads to see what they've got regards toughness and durability, talk of dogs that should be able to do it on sun baked ground with high temps on daft quarry is just a joke to anyone with half a clue, not directed to anyone in particular n don't mean to be negative on the op post but it's a fact..atb.
