I recon maybe you pushed that fox without knowing it and he dropped in hoping you and the dogs would go over the top of him,i also recon loads of foxes do it or try to do it but many a terrier susses their tricky ways and ruins their plan , how many lads have been for a mooch and this has happened epsecialy when there's a lurcher running about?... . I know it's happened to me enough times ....

Maybe fireman however there was no lurchers away with yest. But it is how I get my results more often than not. I rely on them working together tbh. Either way was a good ending. Spoke to my old mate yest about the sett in question an there's only a couple off folk know it he reckons the last time it was dug was 15 yrs ago. It's just a wee strip off trees they never hold in
