Guest MOLLY
If a dog is in a mag box for an extended length of time (like someone forgot to get him out ) would this effect his performance running an hour or so later? Moll.

parkstone 24
if left in a box for a long period it has the same effect as them having had a very long walk (very long) so would act to slow your dog down.
Guest SJM
Surely if the dog was in the box for too long, then ran badly on a couple of easy rabbits, giving it a drink and then running it again is only going to make the dog run worse? I would maybe give him a night or two off and then run him again, see if his performance improves

Guest SJM
Its been bloody fantastic lamping weather hasnt it? I looked at the long range weather forecast and its to rain every day for the forseeable future I said to Chester last night we would need to get out and have a night lamping cos we havent been out for a few weeks, then my bitch came into season this morning so I will have nothing to run now til next season
