sandymere 8,263 Posted July 4, 2016 Report Share Posted July 4, 2016 I take they will not be making an extra charge if it was an error on their part so I’d go for better safe than sorry and get the shot and have a very good chance of the pup being covered during the early months of life. There have been reports of vaccine reactions with L4 but around a million dogs get this each year in the UK alone and there are very few reactions. In truth when you look into the “vaccine reactions” that do get reported it is commonly found that the problem was caused by something other than the vaccination. Pups only, used to get boosters the 1st year but little evidence it has any benefit so haven't bothered with the current dog.
