si brown 8,486 Posted June 1, 2016 Report Share Posted June 1, 2016 (edited) Just did the oil trick on the mags but used the 3in1 oil as the oil i use on my rifles is not the spray kind mind the pellets go into the mag a hell of a lot better not try,d them in the rifle yet i may go to one of the perms later to day to try it out atvbmac :thumbs: fingers x'd mac been spraying mine for a while now aft mark mentioned it a while back my .22 100 was suffering the same but this sorted it i take it the weathers better up the rd, I'm itching to get out but its bloody awful on the coast.... windy as feck ,spent all day getting blown about on a gable!!! sh!t funn atb si forgot to mention, i fully soaked them so the oils all the way round the banding cos I'm sure it was gripping them to tight! i also sat the gun on its butt and dropped a few drops of clenzoil down the cycling mec which ironed the problem out completely Edited June 1, 2016 by si brown Quote Link to post
