I/we agree to abide by all conditions stipulated by the landowner/agent, to respect all property livestock and borders and to operate within all relevant legislation.

I should point out that there are usually two of us working together, and it's worked well so far !

We only contact all our permissions by text message, so as not to disturb their working day, and that clause allows time for the message to be seen, replied to and arrangements made. So, 48 hours is simply a courtesy that serves us both - no 'last minute misunderstandings'.

The bit about another accompanying person is included only in case one of us can't go or doesn't want to do.....someone else can take their place - simple as that, really. Also allows a bit of flexibility.
