How long is the guarantee for? How long does he take to repair and return?

I let it run flat after Las weekend now its not charging

hi mate think the collars guaranteed for a year have you tried leaving the collar on for a while in the charger as maybe its been run that flat its not even giving you the red needing charged light had a collar that was losing power itself and not holding a charge phoned him up and explained long story short sent it down and he had a look at it and he sent me a new one always found him ok to deal with give him a phone and explain whats happening had my collar back in a couple of days hope this helps atb

Try brushing the connectors mate I had the same the old wire charger stoped working got the electrician to check it with his pen and it was passing electric but whuldent charges so I tried the red charger and that worked fine

Thanks I left it on for a good few hours yesterday and didn't take charge its the new charger so I put the box on charge and that's working fine,ill give him a ring see what he says the collar is about 2 year old
